RESIDENTIAL - $100.00 First 2000 Sq. Ft.; $25.00 Each additional 1000 sq. ft.

COMMERCIAL - $150.00 First 2000 Sq. Ft.; $50.00 Each additional 1000 sq. ft.

INDUSTRIAL - $200.00 First 2000 Sq. Ft.; $50.00 Each additional 1000 sq. ft.

DEMOLITION, ADDITION or REMODELING COSTS OVER $2500 - $50.00 for all zones.

DEMOLITION, ADDITION or REMODELING COSTS UNDER $2500 - $0.00 for all zones.

BUT BUILDING PERMIT IS STILL REQUIRED EVEN IF THERE IS NO CHARGE.
