Public Library
Located in the new Municipal Building at 105 Carroll St., the library’s hours are Monday and Friday 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday and Thursday noon to 6 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and closed Wednesday and Sunday. We are closed on New years Day, July Fourth, Thanksgiving and Christmas. We have six computers for patron use; an excellent variety of adult, juvenile and easy-read books for small children; audio books'; CD's; DVD's and VHS movies. Families are encouraged to visit and spend an enjoyable experience taking journey's with their children through the experience of reading. Parents have the ability to train their children how to use computers safely while browsing the internet. Children may visit the library and do homework, get information for school projects and much more. The library conducts various special events throughout the year. These are advertised as scheduled.
